With a footprint of slightly less than 12 sq. ft., the Climate Pro K60 delivers 60,000 Btu of cooling relief running with 1 Phase, 208/230v with 50 amp circuit. Built in integrated condensate pump sends collected water to the drain without having to empty any tanks.
